1. Booking and Payment

• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment.

• Full payment must be completed at least 14 days prior to the tour start date, unless otherwise agreed.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the tour: 80% refund.

• Cancellations made 3–6 days before the tour: 50% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the tour: No refund.

• In the case of no-show or last-minute cancellations, no refunds will be issued.

3. Changes and Modifications

• The company reserves the right to modify the itinerary or services due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.

• We will make reasonable efforts to offer a suitable alternative of equal or greater value.

4. Travel Insurance

• Participants are strongly encouraged to have valid travel insurance, including medical and trip cancellation coverage.

• The company is not liable for injury, illness, loss, or damage not directly caused by our negligence.

5. Responsibilities of Participants

• Travelers must follow local laws and respect cultural norms.

• The company has the right to remove any participant from the tour for disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior without refund.

6. Force Majeure

• We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.

7. Liability

• The company is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during the tour unless it is due to proven negligence on our part.

8. Use of Photos and Media

• During the tour, photos and videos may be taken for promotional purposes. Please inform us in advance if you prefer not to appear in such content.
